Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted resolution in April 2009 “On introduction of new documentary stamps for alcohol and tobacco products”. The resolution introduced new documentary stamps for alcohol and tobacco products, manufactured in Uzbekistan and imported from abroad.

New documentary stamps have new design and they have additional level of protection.

It is also planned that the documentary stamps will be updated each two years.
