Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan imported 112,300 tons of bananas in January-October 2022. This was reported by the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

According to the agency, in the reporting period, Uzbekistan increased the import of bananas by 53,200 tons compared to the same period of last year.

In particular, Uzbekistan imported bananas from countries such as Ecuador (111,400 tons), Kazakhstan (426 tons), Turkey (197 tons), India (144 tons) and Kyrgyzstan (99 tons) in January-October 2022.
