Uzbekistan increases cement production by 32% in Jan-Aug

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Cement production in Uzbekistan increased by 32.4% from January to August 2024, according to the Agency of Statistics.

During this period, major enterprises produced over 10.52 million tons of cement, representing significant growth compared to the same period in 2023.

In August 2024 alone, cement production reached 1.44 million tons.
