Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan imported more than 303,300 mobile phones worth US$20.9 million in October 2021, the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said in a statement.

Compared to September 2021, the volume of imports of mobile phones increased by 5,460 units.

In January-October, Uzbekistan imported 2.2 million mobile phones for US$154.2 million. Growth compared to the same period in 2020 amounted to 1.5 million units.

Uzbekistan imported mobile phones from 14 countries of the world:

China - US$79.5 million

Vietnam - US$60 million

India - US$7.2 million

Kazakhstan - US$5.3 million

UAE - US$1.4 million

Germany - US$647,000
