Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  From January to October 2024, Uzbekistan imported 20,190 electric vehicles worth a total of US$202.7 million, according to the Statistics Agency.

Compared to the same period in 2023, the volume of imports increased by 6,730 units.

The bulk of the supplies came from China, which accounted for 20,082 electric vehicles, nearly the entire import volume.

Other exporting countries included Kazakhstan (51 units), Hong Kong (17 units), Germany (14 units), as well as the UAE and the USA, each with 10 electric vehicles.
