Internet Live Stats said that over 15.45 million people use internet in Uzbekistan, which makes up 51% of population of the country.

The growth of internet users in a year made up 6.1% or 893,590 people.

Uzbekistan holds the second place in the ranking among the CIS states and the first place among the Central Asian states.

China (712 million users), India (462 million) and the United States (287 million) topped the ranking on number of Internet users.

The ranking includes 201 states with total number of 3.4 billion internet users, which makes up 40% from total number of world population.
