The Uzbek airline said that the growth rate made up 13.6% or 236,000 passengers compared to the same period of 2011.

It added that airlines of Uzbekistan Havo Yollari conducted 18,517 flights, which is 457 flights more compared to nine months of 2011.

The airline said that it increased flights to non-CIS states by 6.5% in the reporting period, to the CIS states – 17.1% and local flights – by 16.4%.

In nine months of 2012, the airline transported 30,000 tonnes of cargoes. From airports of Uzbekistan, some 1.942 million passengers and 17,100 tonnes of paid luggage were sent.
