Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan GTL Company announced a tender for the sale of 300,000 tons of “GTL” naphtha for export under the terms of FCA Free Carrier (Incoterms 2020). The company’s press service said in a statement.Buyers will have the opportunity to ship products from March to December 2024, with the possibility of extension.

Prices will be based on Naphtha’s S&P Global Platts quotes plus differential.

Proposals will be accepted until 12 January 2024.

The Uzbekistan GTL plant plans to produce more than 1 million tons of environmentally friendly synthetic products in 2024, taking into account the priority of the domestic market.

On 25 December 2021, the opening ceremony of the Uzbekistan GTL plant took place in the Guzar district of the Kashkadarya region.

This plant is the largest enterprise in the petrochemical industry not only in our country, but throughout the region. Here, 3.6 billion cubic meters of natural gas will be processed annually and 1.5 million tons of liquid fuel worth over $1 billion will be produced. In particular - 307 thousand tons of jet fuel, 724 thousand tons of diesel fuel, 437 thousand tons of naphtha, 53 thousand tons of liquefied gas.
