Uzbekistan will be banking on their No. 1 player, Denis Istomin, to deliver the goods. Denis will be looking to create some dent in the Indian flanks.

"I feel in good form now and I will try and play the same game as I did in Australian Open and do better," Denis said.

Led by Dennis, the average age for the Uzbek team is 20 years and they are up against an equally young Indian team consisting of Prakash Amritraj and Rohan Bopanna.

"It is a young Indian team but also a strong team. I know Rohan Boapnna and Prakash. I have played against them," Denis said.

Though both contries have a young team but India have the edge because the grass court is not Uzbekistan’s favourite surface.

Uzbekistan does not have a single grass court and to make things a little more difficult for them the ones in New Delhi will be available only from this weekend.

"We will get seven days for practice. Our team is ready but the problem is grass," another Uzbek player Vaja Uzakov added.

"We have asked the federation to make a grass court for us to practice," Denis said.

The draws will be held on 7 February and Uzbekistan will be hoping to erase the memories of the 5-0 whitewash the last time they played India at home.
