Uzbekistan exports 37,000 tons of mung beans abroad

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to June 2024, Uzbekistan exported 37,000 tons of mung beans, a decrease of 36% compared to the same period last year, according to the State Statistics Committee.

China was the primary buyer, receiving 34,300 tons in the first half of this year.

In addition to China, Uzbekistan also exported mung beans to Russia, the Netherlands, and Iraq.
