Uzbekistan Exports 25.2 Thousand Tons of Sweet Cherries Worth US$51 Million in First Seven Months of 2025
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From January to July 2025, Uzbekistan exported sweet cherries totaling US$51 million, delivering 25.2 thousand tons of the fruit to 17 countries.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the largest shipments went to Russia — 18.2 thousand tons, Kazakhstan — 3.6 thousand tons, and Kyrgyzstan — 2.7 thousand tons.
Cherries were also exported to Belarus (232 tons), Iraq (127 tons), the UAE (126 tons), Latvia (34 tons), with 93 tons sent to other countries.
