Marsel Zaynashev, leading training of Center Orgprom and teacher of Russian Lean School, shared knowledge of lean production with businesses of Uzbekistan. Concept and opportunities of lean production attracted interest of local companies.

Second event was training on mapping of stream at pilot enterprise, DECORIMEX, in Tashkent city. Stream mapping method helps to understand and optimize production or rendering services. The method helps to determine and eliminate losses in production process.

Marsel Zaynashev said during the training participants reviewed production stream and mapped it to analyze losses in stream. After analysis, the action plan was received, implementing of which the enterprise can reduce losses and improve production efficiency.

DECORIMEX management said this opportunity gives it to increase production efficiency by four times and it received practical tool to decrease losses.
