Uzbekistan e-sport team claims second place at Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan team on e-sport claimed the second place in general teams classification at the Fourth Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games, which is taking place in Incheon, South Korea.
South Korea was the first. Kazakhstan was third and China claimed the fourth place, mobile operator Beeline said.
Winner of Zo’r-Zo’r UCG FIFA 2013 championship Pavel Saprikin won gold medal of the competition on FIFA 13 game. Sardorbek Abdullaev was the second on NFS: Unleashed video game.
Head of the organization committee of Uzbekistan Cyber Games Aleksander Suchkov said that Uzbek representatives participate in two of six official games of e-sport competition. He said that Uzbekistan proved that it is one of the strongest teams in cyber sports.
