Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – During the visit of Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, Dilshod Rasulov, to the Sultanate of Oman, negotiations were held with Ahmad Al Sulaimani, a representative of SOHAR Port.
The purpose of the meeting was to study the operations of SOHAR Port, one of Oman’s largest ports.
Discussions focused on the possibilities of exporting Uzbek products to markets in African and European countries through SOHAR Port.
The favorable conditions provided for exporters and the establishment of export routes to international markets were also discussed.
Special attention was given to the export of Uzbek products to markets in Africa and Europe via Oman.
In this context, it is noteworthy that under the agreements between Milmaxtrade and LuLu Group International, food products from Uzbekistan are already represented on the shelves of Lulu Hypermarket chain.
