The Czech delegation will be headed by the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Milan Hovorka, while the Uzbek delegation will be led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade Akmal Kamalov.
The sides will consider issues of cooperation in trade, economy and investments, first of all.
They will also discuss cooperation in such areas as energy, renewable energy, protection of environment, pharmaceuticals, food industry, transport and tourism.
On 4 December, Prague will host a roundtable “Uzbek-Czech trade-industrial cooperation – ways of its further developing and strengthening”.
Embassy of Czech Republic in Uzbekistan said that the roundtable is organized by Czech Chamber on Economic Relations with CIS states.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Economic Relations, Investment and Trade Akmal Kamalov and Czech Ambassador to Tashkent Hynek Pejcha will open the event.
