On 30 July, Pakhtakor entertained Nasaf in Tashkent. The entertaining match ended with a goalless draw.

On 31 July, Bunyodkor played against local rivals Locomotive. The match ended with the score 2:2.

Locomotive scored two goals in the first half through efforts of Akmal Holmatov and Sadriddin Abdullaev.

At the end of the match Bunyodkor netted two goals to record the draw. Igor Taran and Oleg Zoteev were on target.

The second leg matches of the semifinals of Uzbekistan Cup will be held on 21 and 22 August 2013.
