The event will be attended by famous representatives of art and culture, as well as craftsmen of Uzbekistan, UzA reported.
The Culture Days will be hosted by two cities – Riyadh and Jiddah, according to Culture and Sports Ministry.
The program of events includes exhibitions of applied folk art and photos titled “Uzbekistan is my Motherland”.
They will feature works of craftsmen and numerous musical performances devoted to the rich historical ad cultural heritage of Uzbekistan.
The relations between Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia are developing in sociopolitical, economic, scientific and cultural directions.
A number of books by President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov have been published in Saudi Arabia.
The Kingdom respects Uzbekistan as a land that brought great thinkers, who had made a significant contribution to the development of the Islamic culture and civilization.
Saudi Arabia also highly values the actions of Uzbekistan to strengthen peace and stability in the region, as well as the country’s notable progress in achieving economic stability.
