According to the department, new afforestations were crated at the 7,300 hectares of dried bottom of Aral Sea.
The department added that forestry farms were created at 258 hectares of land, while the planned volume was 226 hectares.
Herbs and food plants were planted at 78.85 hectares of land against planned 76.83 hectares. Drugstores, sanatorium and hospitals of Uzbekistan received 60,000 packages of 12 types of herbs and food plants.
It added that industrial goods were produced for 442.6 million soums, or the forecast plan was executed with 2.5% surplus. Production of consumer goods reached 442.6 million soums at the plan of 102.5 million soums.
