The publication of the Ministry of Economy and the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan about 198 enterprises on production of construction materials were commissioned in nine months of 2010. They specialize on production of roofing materials, gypsum boards, bricks, etc.

The resources of population, directed to investment into housing construction, rose by over 1.7 times.

Overall, Uzbekistan commissioned 7.15 million square meters of habitation, including 5.079 million square meters in rural areas. Some 1,965 .8 km of water supply networks, including 1,298.1 km in rural areas, were constructed.
