Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 22 July, the international football tournament Mirabror Usmanov Cup 2025 kicked off in Tashkent.

The event is dedicated to the memory of Mirabror Usmanov, an outstanding statesman and former Chairman of both the National Olympic Committee and the Football Federation of Uzbekistan.

The tournament features under-23 national teams from Uzbekistan, Saudi Arabia, and Japan.

In the opening match, Uzbekistan faced Saudi Arabia and secured a confident 3–1 victory.

Goals for Uzbekistan were scored by Mavlonkulov in the 8th minute, Urozov in the 11th, and Abdurazzokov in the 48th.
