Uzbekistan claim 1-0 victory over Hong Kong

A Fozil Musaev strike two minutes from the hour mark helped Uzbekistan edge past Hong Kong 1-0 in the first leg of their 2012 London Olympics Asian qualifiers on Sunday.
Vadim Abramov’s charges dominated the proceedings at the Jar Stadium but failed to break the deadlock in the first half.
The visitors also had their share of possession and made frequent forays into the Uzbek citadel but the Uzbeks kept them at bay.
The return leg will be played on Thursday.
