Uzbekistan, China ministries ink protocol on developing cooperation
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
Uzbekistan Interior Ministry and of China Public Security Ministry inked an interdepartmental protocol on developing cooperation in 2010-2011.
The protocol was signed at the end of the meeting between Meng Jianzhu, Member of State Council and China Public Security Minister, and Bakhodir Matlyubov, Uzbekistan Interior Minister.
During the meeting, the sides discussed issues of developing cooperation in combating terrorism, separatism and extremism, drug trafficking and trans-boundary crime, strengthening regional security and stability.
