Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chairman of the Uzcharmsanoat Association Fakhriddin Boboev met with Gao Yao, who arrived in our country with a delegation of investors from the People’s Republic of China.

The main goal of the dialogue is to expand bilateral cooperation and attract investment from companies in the leather industry of Uzbekistan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the leadership of the Association provided foreign partners with information about the reforms carried out in the leather and footwear industry of our country in recent years, production, investment, export indicators, conditions and opportunities, preferences provided by the state to domestic and foreign investors.

Investors noted that the conditions created today for foreign companies in Uzbekistan, state support, serve to expand the flow of foreign investment.

Investors are interested in implementing joint projects in the leather and footwear industry and exporting finished products to China.

At the meeting, issues related to the establishment of export-import relations were discussed in detail. It was decided to continue mutual business dialogue and hold negotiations with the participation of our domestic enterprises.
