Within the framework of the bilateral negotiations between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in Tashkent the sides touched upon expanding deliveries of the Uzbek fruits and vegetables to Kazakhstan, Kazinform reported.

Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov staying on the official visit to Uzbekistan told Kazinform news agency correspondent that that topic was discussed during his talks with President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov and Uzbek premier Shavkat Mirziyayev.

"I think we have found the areas of common interest and we are going to see a breakthrough in this sphere in the near future", Mr. Massimov said.
