Uzbekistan attracts grants for US$240m in 2016

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan attracted foreign grants and technical assistance for over US$240 million in 2016, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov said.

He said that along with assistance of diplomatic corps and offices of international organizations accredited in Tashkent, as well as our diplomatic missions, the foreign grants and technical assistance for a total amount of more than US$240 million were attracted last year to Uzbekistan.
