The completion term of works makes up 11 months from the day of agreement signing. The starting price of order is 2,848,822.139 soums with VAT.

Works will be conducted due to funds of off-budget National Road Fund under the Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan.

Enterprises and organizations, who are interested in tender, should have turnover funds at the size of at least 20% from tender cost or guarantee of the bank.

The companies should also have production base, labour resources and specialists, necessary to carry out works. They should have experience in carrying out similar works and possess civil legal capacity and authority to sign agreement.

M-39 is international highway, which passes through Central Asian countries – Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic and Uzbekistan. The road passes through territories of Almata, Jambul and Southern Kazakhstan regions (Kazakhstan), Chuy region (Kyrgyz Republic), Tashkent and several other regions of Uzbekistan.
