The contest is directed at stimulating youth to develop software, training of highly skilled specialists and developing software market.
The contest is open for students of universities, colleges and lyceums. They can present individual or group projects to the contest.
The contest will be held from 13 June to 27 September 2013 at six stages. The winners of the contest will be awarded on such nominations as the best computer software, the best app for smartphones and smart TVs, and the best development of computer and mobile games.
The winners will be awarded separately in such categories as students of universities, colleges and lyceums.
The winners will receive money prizes from 1 million soums to 10 million soums. The programmers, who claimed 4-8 places, will get 300,000 soums each.
The winner in nomination for the best concept and scenario for national computer games will be awarded with a computer.
