Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with relevant privatization programs, announces a competition for the selection of a professional consulting company for the privatization of Angren Logistics Center JSC by selling a 100% stake in the authorized capital of the JSC.

All interested applicants are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the Request for Proposals (RfP) below by 18:00 (Tashkent time) on 20 June 2023.

In case of submitting a joint commercial proposal, the main consultant must be indicated, who is responsible for coordinating the work of the involved consultant partner and assumes responsibility.

Additionally, it is reported that the work on the Agreement can be carried out in close cooperation with representatives of consultants, and, if necessary, by creating an additional project group in Asset.

The Angren logistics center, which specializes in servicing road and rail transportation, was put into operation in 2010 on the basis of the Ablyk railway station in the Tashkent region.

Its main tasks are the reception and processing of goods, as well as their guaranteed year-round delivery by road to Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions through the high mountain passes Kamchik and Rezak.
