Uzbekistan and Türkiye hold business forum in the UAE
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 19 April, as part of a visit to the United Arab Emirates by a delegation led by Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, a business forum was held in Dubai with the participation of representatives from Turkish business circles.
The event brought together representatives of several prominent Turkish companies operating in the UAE.
The forum focused on key issues related to Uzbekistan’s sustainable economic development, the importance of a favorable business environment, and the country's investment appeal.
In his opening speech, Davron Vakhabov highlighted the potential for economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, emphasizing opportunities to establish new partnerships between entrepreneurs from both nations.
The forum also featured B2B meetings between Uzbek and Turkish business representatives, where they discussed potential collaborations in the mining, chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, logistics, IT, and other sectors.
This business forum served as an important platform for strengthening trade and economic ties between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, expanding export-import activities, and launching new mutually beneficial investment projects.
