Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ismatulla Irgashev, Special Representative of the President of Uzbekistan for Afghanistan, held talks with Jonathan Henick, U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral cooperation on Afghanistan, emphasizing their mutual interest in maintaining a regular dialogue on conflict resolution in the country.

Special attention was given to the importance of international collective efforts aimed at stabilizing Afghanistan.

The U.S. side welcomed the inclusion of the Termez Cargo Center logistics hub into the global supply network of the UNHCR.
