Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Chairperson of the State Tax Committee Sherzod Kudbiev met with the U.S. Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Jonathan Henick. The meeting was also attended by David Hoffman, USAID Mission Director in Uzbekistan.

The discussions focused on taxation issues in the context of international technical assistance and the prospects for enhancing cooperation between the tax authorities of both countries.

Special emphasis was placed on exchanging expertise and adopting innovative technologies in the field of taxation.

The parties also explored the organization of training and internships for IT specialists, with a focus on mastering advanced technologies provided by the U.S. company CISCO.
