Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid.

The parties discussed issues of further deepening the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and the OSCE.

“We are pleased to meet with the OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid. Our extensive agenda covered the large-scale reforms ongoing in Uzbekistan, proposals to enhance cooperation and improve the activities of the Organization, and selected regional and global topics. We emphasized our mutual readiness to implement projects in the field of green economy and green energy, mitigating the negative consequences of climate change,” noted the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
