Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  On 27 October 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, met with the Ambassador of the Netherlands to Uzbekistan, Nico Scheemers.

During the meeting, the parties discussed further strengthening bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and the Netherlands. Minister Saidov commended Ambassador Scheemers for his efforts in developing ties across various sectors, emphasizing the significant potential for expanding cooperation between the two countries.

Special attention was given to current issues of bilateral and multilateral interaction, including within the framework of international organizations.

The meeting reaffirmed the commitment of Uzbekistan and the Netherlands to develop mutually beneficial partnerships based on mutual respect and trust.
