Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Representatives of the khokimiyat and business circles of Surkhandarya region took part in the presentation of the tourism and investment potential of Khatlon region of Tajikistan, Dunyo news agency correspondent reports.

At the event, opportunities for cooperation in the economic, investment and tourism spheres between the regions of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan were presented, and promising areas of partnership were discussed. Bilateral B2B meetings took place within the framework of the international forum.

As a result of participation in the event, the Uzbek delegation signed cooperation agreements between travel companies of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
