Uzbekistan and Slovenia expand cooperation in education and science
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, Kungirotboy Sharipov, held a meeting with Zlatko Šabič, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Slovenia on International Relations and a professor.
The parties discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of education, science, and innovation.
They explored opportunities to expand academic exchanges, launch joint educational programs based on the 2+2 model, and foster investment and scientific-educational cooperation with the support of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the SPIRIT Slovenia business development agency. The possibility of organizing joint forums was also considered.
Following the meeting, both sides agreed to continue their efforts in a practical and results-oriented format.
