Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held at the Ministry of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan between Deputy Minister Akram Aliyev and Deputy Director General of the Export-Import Bank of the Slovak Republic, Milan Horvát.

During the meeting, it was noted that the Export-Import Bank of the Slovak Republic, in cooperation with Slovak companies and commercial banks, is finalizing the framework for financing and insuring export contracts in Uzbekistan.

The negotiations resulted in agreements on several promising areas of cooperation, including the provision of long-term export loans, insurance of major export contracts, collaboration in the energy sector, and long-term financing of projects in Uzbekistan.
