Uzbekistan and Russia to Develop Two-Year Roadmap for Artificial Intelligence Development
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During the International Forum on "Development of Artificial Intelligence Technologies in the CIS Countries," a meeting was held between Oleg Pekos, First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, and Grigory Borisenko, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.
The parties discussed deepening cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, exchanging advanced experience and innovative approaches, as well as the strategic goals of both countries in digital transformation.
Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to develop a two-year roadmap outlining practical steps for the implementation and development of AI technologies in Uzbekistan and Russia.
They also confirmed their intention to expand collaboration in scientific research, the execution of joint projects, and the improvement of the legal and regulatory framework in the field of artificial intelligence.
