Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – On 19 April 2023, the meeting of the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan Davron Vakhabov with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania Daniel Ciobanu took place. This was reported by the press service of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, issues of developing cooperation were discussed, including through the organization of mutual visits, exhibitions and fairs, business forums, B2B negotiations with the participation of business circles of the two countries.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to further discuss the visit of the Romanian delegation with the participation of the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to Uzbekistan in order to further develop cooperation. 

The Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry promised to assist in organizing the visit of Romanian business circles to Uzbekistan.
