Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Abduaziz Akkulov visited the Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah, where he held a series of meetings and negotiations, according to Dunyo news agency.

The parties discussed mutual promotion of tourism potential, the exchange of experience in the hospitality and restaurant business, and the increase of flight connections.

The Ambassador also met with the management of "RAK Ceramics," a major producer of ceramic tiles and sanitary ware, to discuss the potential for establishing joint production in Uzbekistan for Central Asian countries.

An agreement was reached to further explore the prospects of cooperation.
