Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11-12 July, a round table dedicated to enhancing cooperation between higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Poland took place in Warsaw, Poland.

The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan, the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland, rectors of Uzbek universities, and representatives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland. Participants also included members of the Perspektywy Foundation, the CRASP Rectors’ Conference, and rectors of Polish universities.

The first day of the round table, held at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), focused on deepening cooperation in higher education, science, and innovation. Discussions centered on developing student mobility programs, academic exchanges, enhancing teaching techniques, technologies, and methodologies, and strengthening scientific connections. Rectors of Uzbek universities shared their visions and future cooperation plans.

The second day, held in Krakow, explored new areas of cooperation and aligned future plans.

The meeting resulted in mutually beneficial agreements and the signing of approximately 30 memorandums between educational institutions of both countries, aimed at further developing cooperation in education and scientific innovation.
