Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of a delegation visit to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 12 February, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and Erkin Nazarov, Chairman of the "Beekeepers of Uzbekistan" Association, visited honey processing enterprises Adam Tradi and Marhab in Pakistan.

The Uzbek delegation toured the production facilities and laboratories, gaining firsthand insight into the technological processes of honey processing.

Additionally, meetings were held with executives of companies engaged in honey production and processing.

During the discussions, the availability of sufficient honey reserves in Uzbekistan and potential export opportunities were addressed. Initially, Uzbekistan plans to export 5 tons of honey and beekeeping products to Pakistan, with a phased increase to 20 tons in the future.
