Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 5 February 2025, Uzbekistan’s Foreign Ministry Advisor Munira Aminova met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Oman to Uzbekistan, Wafa al-Busaidi.

The meeting focused on the prospects for further cooperation between the two countries in the field of economic diplomacy, with particular emphasis on the implementation of joint projects involving grants and financial-technical assistance.

Special attention was given to key areas of cooperation, such as healthcare, education, agriculture, and environmental protection.

Representatives from both countries agreed that within the framework of current and future cooperation, priority will be given to projects aimed at sustainable development in Uzbekistan, improving the quality of life for its population, and enhancing the effectiveness of existing and upcoming initiatives.

The parties also emphasized the importance of further strengthening bilateral relations, including through attracting international support and improving conditions for mutually beneficial partnerships across various sectors of the economy.
