Uzbekistan and Oman aim to unlock untapped cooperation potential
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held talks with Oman’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, during the OIC ministerial meeting.
He expressed gratitude to his Omani counterpart for the recent visit to Tashkent, emphasizing the commitment to intensifying bilateral cooperation.
Saidov noted that there is significant untapped potential between the two countries that needs to be fully realized.
In this context, key priorities remain strengthening engagement through political consultations, enhancing the work of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission, expanding business ties, and advancing negotiations on the launch of direct flights.
