Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During a meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, and the first Ambassador of Nicaragua to Uzbekistan, Tatiana Daniela Garcia Silva, the prospects for developing bilateral relations were discussed.

Both sides expressed a mutual desire to deepen cooperation in the political, economic, and cultural spheres, as well as within the framework of people-to-people diplomacy.

Particular attention was given to the potential implementation of joint projects that could elevate bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level. To coordinate efforts in realizing the planned initiatives, a decision was made to establish a mechanism for political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries.

The creation of this mechanism will enable effective coordination of joint actions, the development and implementation of promising projects, thereby strengthening mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan and Nicaragua.
