Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Agency for Combating Corruption of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission have signed an Action Plan for 2025-2026 in Kuala Lumpur.

The document outlines specific mechanisms for cooperation in the exchange of experience, studying, and implementing best practices in anti-corruption efforts between the two countries' anti-corruption bodies during the 2025-2026 period.

The parties plan to jointly organize major anti-corruption events, adopt Malaysia's experience in training civil servants on anti-corruption measures in Uzbekistan, launch a "honesty test" project, and develop joint educational programs.

The document also includes provisions for exchanging experiences in implementing internal control mechanisms against corruption in government bodies and organizations, as well as reducing corruption risks in their activities, by comparing the experiences of Malaysia and Uzbekistan.
