Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As a result of the agreements reached between the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylbek Japarov and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov, the following documents were signed:

  ⁃ Plan of joint practical actions (“Roadmap”) for the implementation of the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Kyrgyz Republic (on 26-27 January 2023, Bishkek);

  ⁃ "Road map" for the creation of shopping centers (trading houses) "Made in Kyrgyzstan" in Tashkent and "Made in Uzbekistan" in Bishkek for wholesale and retail trade;

  ⁃ "Roadmap" for the promotion of priority projects between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Kyrgyz Republic;

  ⁃ Cooperation agreement on the organization of production (SKD) of automotive and commercial vehicles in the Kyrgyz Republic between DT Technik Limited Liability Company (Kyrgyz Republic), NUR Open Joint Stock Company (Kyrgyz Republic) and Uzavtosanoat Joint Stock Company (Republic of Uzbekistan) );

  ⁃ Agreement on cooperation between the open joint stock company "Transnational Corporation "DASTAN" (Kyrgyz Republic) and the open joint stock company "Toshelectroapparat" (TOSHELECTROAPPARAT) for the manufacture, assembly and production of smart meters;

-Agreement between the State Enterprise "Kyrgyz Komur" under the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Limited Liability Company "Uzkimeimpeks" for the supply of coal (export) in the amount of US$10 million;

  ⁃ Agreement on strategic partnership between the Open Joint Stock Company "Bishkek Engineering Plant" and the limited liability company "ChirchiqMashAgro" (ChirchiqMashAgro);

  ⁃ Minutes of the first meeting of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz Working Group on cooperation in the field of agriculture;

  ⁃ Memorandum of Understanding between the Department for the Expertise of Agricultural Crops under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Unitary Enterprise "Agroservice Operator" of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the implementation of joint projects in the field of horticulture and fruit and berry crops;

  ⁃ Memorandum of cooperation between the Department of Fisheries of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Research Institute of Fisheries under the Committee for Veterinary Medicine and Livestock Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

⁃ Memorandum of cooperation and understanding in the field of organic agriculture between the Department of Organic Agriculture under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Research Institute for Quarantine and Plant Protection of the Agency for Quarantine and Plant Protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

- Investment agreements between Ak -Mojun Ayyl өkmөtү, Kara -Mojun Ayyl өkmөtү, Emgek - Talinsky Ayyl өkmөtү, Sary -ohsky ayil өkmөtү, Ukhkunsky ayil өkmөty, ak - kuduki Ayyl өyl өkmөtres and Baetovsky Ayyl өkmөtn and Baetovsky Ayyl өkmөtovsky and Baetovsky limited liability company Baxodir Log`on Tekstil (Republic of Uzbekistan) for the development of land for growing crops (contracts worth $8 million);

  - Memorandum on joint yak breeding between the At-Bashi district administration of the Naryn region of the Kyrgyz Republic and Baxodir Log`on Tekstil Limited Liability Company (Republic of Uzbekistan);

- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between Vision Group Limited Liability Company (Kyrgyz Republic) and Mega Farm Service Limited Liability Company (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan) on the implementation of a project to establish a joint pharmaceutical production in the Kyrgyz Republic (contract for US$10 million);

- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between Halmion Prom Limited Liability Company (Kyrgyz Republic) and Child Toys Corporation Limited Liability Company (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan) on the implementation of a project to create a joint plant for the production of plastic pipes, plastic products and furniture in the Kyrgyz Republic (contract for US$ 3 million);

  - Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between Tooke ZhT Limited Liability Company (Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic) and SAYQAL Trade and Production Enterprise (Ferghana region of the Republic of Uzbekistan) (contract for the amount of US$500,000).
