Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan will collaborate with the Italian Institute of Fashion and Design “Polimoda” in training specialists for the textile industry. This announcement was made during a meeting between the Ambassador of Uzbekistan and Massimiliano Giornetti, Director of the Italian Institute of Fashion and Design “Polimoda.”

Under the agreement, a joint project will be implemented to train professionals in collaboration with companies producing leather footwear and fur products in the country.

Additionally, Massimiliano Giornetti mentioned that he will attend a major event scheduled to take place in Samarkand in September this year.
