Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During a visit to the Kish Free Economic Zone, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Iran, Fariddin Nasriyev, met with the Deputy Minister of Economy and Finance of Iran, and the Director-General of the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance, Abolfazl Koudehi.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects for developing cooperation between the two countries, with particular focus on trade, economics, and investment issues.

During the meeting, an action plan for the near future was developed, aimed at strengthening trade, economic, and investment ties between Uzbekistan and Iran.
