Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from the Parrandasanoat Association is currently visiting Bangalore, Karnataka State, India.
Members of the delegation held negotiations with the Karnataka Poultry Farmers & Breeders Association (KPFBA) to discuss cooperation in poultry production.
In Karnataka, thanks to well-organized collaboration between farms and small household owners, 70% of all poultry meat in the state is produced. During the visit, the delegation plans to study these processes and adapt the most suitable methods for conditions in Uzbekistan.
Following the negotiations, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed with KPFBA, aimed at introducing international expertise into Uzbekistan. Under the memorandum, bilateral cooperation will focus on training, laboratory and technical assistance, empowering small farmers, implementing new technologies, and monitoring.
