Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Dilshod Rasulov, Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Matthias Leder, the General Director of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Gießen.
The Hessian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (HIHK), founded in 1872, currently has around 400,000 members.
The meeting focused on issues aimed at developing trade and economic relations between Uzbekistan and Germany, as well as increasing mutual trade volumes.
Matthias Leder highly appreciated the recent Uzbekistan-Germany Business Forum held in Frankfurt, noting its significant contribution to the implementation of mutually beneficial projects and promising plans.
Additionally, during the meeting, Matthias Leder invited Uzbek entrepreneurs to participate in the International Economic Forum, which is held annually in May in the Swiss city of Davos.
As a result of the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the participation of business representatives from both countries in this forum, with the aim of further expanding cooperation with entrepreneurs from the city of Gießen.
